- American Made Grills backs the Encore Hybrid series with its Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty covering construction and manufacturer defects, stainless steel housing, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, temperature gauges, hood springs, and briquette systems for the lifetime of the grill (non-prorated).
- All other parts, components, and electrical items—including LED bulbs, wire harnesses and switches, power supply wiring, transformer, and interior halogen light components—are warranted for three (3) years. Labor is not included under this warranty.
Shipping & Returns
- Large heavy grills like this model typically ship via LTL freight.; carriers typically deliver to the curb or the nearest accessible location to your home, and some may call to schedule a delivery window in advance.
