Shipping & Returns

• This grill typically ships via LTL freight on a pallet from Masterbuilt or an authorized distribution center; once dispatched, typical transit time within the contiguous U.S. is generally several business days depending on destination and carrier.
• Freight deliveries are curbside only; the driver will bring the shipment to the closest accessible point at your driveway or curb, and an adult may be required to be present to inspect and sign for delivery.
• Customers should inspect the packaging and product at delivery and report any visible freight damage or shortages promptly so that claims and replacements can be arranged according to carrier and manufacturer policy.
